# AI Video Interviewer: What are the supported systems, browsers, and device specifications?

We recommend using a desktop or laptop with **at least 4 GB of RAM**, a **working microphone and camera**, and a **stable internet connection** with at least **5 Mbps upload & download speed**.

**Browser compatibility:**

Our platform is optimised for **Google Chrome**. However, we also support **Brave, Arc, Opera, and Microsoft Edge**. Safari and Firefox are not supported.

**Important setup notes:**

- **Disable** any browser **extensions** that may interfere with audio/video capture
- If needed, use **Incognito Mode** to avoid extension conflicts
- Test **Bluetooth peripherals** (headsets, keyboards, etc.) beforehand
- **Avoid** **VPNs** or firewalls that block camera or mic access
- Do not proceed if your connection is unstable — **poor internet is the main cause of failed interviews.**
