AI Video Interviewer: What are the supported systems, browsers, and device specifications?

We recommend using a desktop or laptop with at least 4 GB of RAM, a working microphone and camera, and a stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps upload & download speed.

Browser compatibility:

Our platform is optimised for Google Chrome. However, we also support Brave, Arc, Opera, and Microsoft Edge. Safari and Firefox are not supported.

Important setup notes:

• Disable any browser extensions that may interfere with audio/video capture
• If needed, use Incognito Mode to avoid extension conflicts
• Test Bluetooth peripherals (headsets, keyboards, etc.) beforehand
• Avoid VPNs or firewalls that block camera or mic access
• Do not proceed if your connection is unstable — poor internet is the main cause of failed interviews.
